Kellmart.com currently provides a Monday to Friday delivery service as follows:
REGULAR DELIVERY OPTION
Items ordered by 10:00 will be delivered by 18:00 5 business days after the order is confirmed as "in stock" in accordance with our delivery tariffs below.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTION
Items ordered by 10:00 will be delivered by 18:00 2 business days after the order is confirmed as "in stock" in accordance with our delivery tariffs below.
Kellmart.com delivery times are Estimated and not guaranteed, but we will strive to perform within expectations as much as possible. Please note the expected days are from the date the order is confirmed as "In Stock" which may be days after you first placed an order if a supplier is short of the items you ordered.
While we make every effort to ensure delivery within the promised time frame, we also make provisions for genuine errors on our part, as well as mitigating circumstances that extend beyond our control.
We make every effort to ensure that our drivers are courteous as well as professional in both manner and deportment. All drivers are employees of Kellmart but in cases of high/excess demand we reserve the right to utilize a third party delivery provider. Under such circumstances we expect all drivers to maintain the same level of professional conduct and courtesy as our own.
Kellmart issues our own drivers with a Kellmart ID and it is our policy that ALL drivers possess a current Police Certificate of Character and carry a Barbados picture ID at all times.

ALL orders UNDER $20 are subject to a $20 delivery fee including current paid up MEMBERS.
Orders over $20 requested to be delivered in our STANDARD delivery window of 5 business days will be delivered for FREE.
Orders over $20 requested to be delivered in our EXPEDITED delivery window of 2 business days will be charged $20.
SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED AT TIME OF RECEIPT FOR ALL ORDERS
Orders will be delivered to your office or residence and must be signed for by a recipient. During this Covid-19 period, our drivers can take a photograph of all orders delivered without signature which must be accepted as proof of delivery.
If you will not allow us to leave the package without a signature and nobody is available to sign, your order will return to base that day and you will be charged $20 for the aborted delivery.
Collecting cash or any form of payment on delivery can delay our drivers considerably and stop them meeting their minimum daily delivery requirements. It is also a health risk and security issue for our drivers to be handling cash. Please therefore put the EXACT amount of your invoice in a sealed envelope and hand this to the driver immediately or place it in an area where they can collect it safely.
You may also go into any branch of Nature's Discount and pre-pay your purchase with a Top-Up to your account. Your account balance must be equivalent to or exceed the value of your online purchase.
